The company needed to expand the capacity of its development organisation, with experienced engineers across several technology stacks and people who could take operational responsibility for project and delivery flow.

Over three years, Ur Solutions contributed development capacity to Highered's organisation across .NET, Go, Angular, and React, spread across a range of internal and external tools. Alongside the engineering itself, we also took significant responsibility for project and product management. The engagement shows how Ur Solutions can be embedded as an extended arm of established development organisations, taking on technical and operational responsibility beyond pure development.
