Who is responsible
Ur Solutions AS (organization number 822 634 192 MVA) is the data controller. Our office is at Tullins Gate 4C, 0166 Oslo, Norway. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to contact@ursolutions.no.
Information you give us
When you send an enquiry or request a meeting, we process the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, message, project context, and preferred meeting time. We use this information to respond, prepare for the conversation, and take steps you request before a possible agreement. If you subscribe to Pixlpost, we use your email address to send the newsletter until you unsubscribe. The legal bases are steps taken at your request, legitimate interests in handling business enquiries, and consent for the newsletter.
Website use and browser storage
When analytics and experimentation are enabled, the site records limited usage information such as page views, interactions, device context, and experiment assignments. These events are associated with a randomly generated identifier stored in your browser rather than your name. Hosting and security systems also process technical request data, including IP addresses, to deliver the site, prevent abuse, and diagnose errors. We use this information to operate and improve the site and assess which content is useful.
Website analytics with PostHog
PostHog in the EU receives page paths, campaign tags, referring domains, browser context, and confirmed enquiry, booking and newsletter events. It uses no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Instead, PostHog derives a temporary identifier from your IP address and browser details with a salt that changes daily, so activity can only be linked within a single day. We do not send form contents, email addresses, phone numbers, or booking links, and do not enable session recordings or automatic interaction capture. PostHog also uses IP addresses to derive approximate location. We rely on our legitimate interest in understanding which marketing leads to enquiries, and you can object at any time by contacting us. See PostHog’s privacy policy.
Google Ads measurement
If you accept ad measurement, Google Tag Manager loads Google Ads tags to attribute successful enquiries and confirmed meeting bookings to ads. Google may process ad click identifiers, cookie identifiers, page URLs, IP addresses, and browser information. Our conversion events do not include form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers, or booking links. We do not enable personalized advertising or enhanced conversions in this integration. Declining keeps these Google tags unloaded. Your choice is saved in your browser for up to 180 days. Use Privacy preferences at the bottom of any page to change it or withdraw consent. Google is the provider of these measurement services and may process data outside the EEA. See Google’s privacy policy.
Service providers and transfers
We use Vercel to host and protect the website, Resend to deliver contact and booking notifications, MailerLite to manage newsletter subscriptions and delivery, and Statsig for analytics and experimentation when configured. These providers process information on our behalf for the stated purposes. Some processing may take place outside the European Economic Area. Where required, transfers are protected by an approved transfer mechanism and contractual safeguards.
Retention and security
We keep information only while it is needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to follow up a business relationship, or to meet legal documentation requirements. Newsletter details remain until you unsubscribe or we close the list. Technical and analytics data is retained according to the relevant service configuration and is removed or aggregated when no longer needed. We use access controls, encrypted connections, and trusted service providers to protect the information.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact us to exercise a right; we may need to confirm your identity. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority, Datatilsynet, at datatilsynet.no.
