Adobe is deepening the implementation of AI in its most popular services, this time with a new AI assistant for Acrobat. The AI Assistant, which is currently in beta, will provide a series of tools to improve the way we process and understand documents in Adobe.
The AI Assistant has the capacity to analyze the contents of a PDF file, offer a quick overview and answer questions about the content through a dialogue interface. Mais, it can also produce citations to easily confirm the source of the AI responses. Also, the AI assistant will be able to structure and format information for emails, presentations, reports and similar documents.
Or, be helpful for summarizing smaller texts when you're feeling lazy. Possibly also very useful if you are going to try to find the crux in a 90-page tender document.
The examples below show AI assistant in action, and me asking questions about the book “Intercom on Product Management”.
