Why do I need an advisor?
A project where digital products are to be developed consists of many decisions, from start to finish:
- What technologies should I use?
- Do I need a design? Do I need both Low-Fidelity and High-Fidelity?
- Do we need to do user surveys?
- What should the product do?
- How should the product be used?
- What payment solutions should we use?
- How should we measure how our customers use the product?
- How should we cough and operate our product?
- How do we solve a problem that has arisen that seems to indicate that we have moved in the wrong direction?
Also further, also further.
You as a product owner or product developer are bombarded with a bunch of different decisions along the way. A counselor can make it easier to address all such issues. It's often reassuring to have an experienced voice to help you make the right decisions.
What does an advisor do?
A counselor advises.
Whenever you have a problem you are unsure about, it can be helpful to have an expert available who can give you good advice. We have extensive experience in being available to you in your communication channels, and being available when you need it.
How much does an advisor cost?
The good thing about counseling is that you pay what you have the capacity and need for.
If you need access to an advisor 1 hour a month, it won't cost you much. If you are in the middle of a huge technology project and want the help of 2-3 advisors who are available 10 hours a week, it quickly costs a lot more.
We are good at adapting to your budget and your needs.
